Because of the variable input gas valve and the good experiances Ive had w/ Rinnai. I would like to start using them for my radiant work. Anyone have any good or bad experiances w/ Rinnai & radiant heating. I'm using one to heat my 1800 square foot addition & it's woking very well but my system is a simple h.w.b.b. split loop & just one zone.

Rinnai
We have used them quite successfully. We have several out there and the best story is this one: A Rinnai 2424 outdoor unit (installed B4 the recommended commercial unit was available to us), being used as a boiler for a 26,000 BTU 3 zone radiant system. Primary secondary set up. You need a high head primary pump, but other than that, 4th season on the cold oceanfront of Maine and NO problems...wouldn't hesitate at all to use it again.

Sense the Rinnai slows the flow down to achieve the set temp. instantly I wonder how many btus one Rinnai is worth in an average radiant job. (conventional new construction)V2532FFUC can put out 8.5 gpm @ 30* temp rise but only 2 gpm @130* rise. It shows 35' of head for 8.5 gpm for dhw use.0
