How cold
is the floor and room? The delta T will change depending on the load and the flow rate.
I've seen cold concrete slabs run 40° or more delta t on start up. With 130° supply you probably are not heating a slab??
The delta t will usually drop as the floor and room temperature warms. It may drop to a few degrees just before the room "call for heat" satisfies. It's an ever changing number.
Most important on cold start up that you do see a delta t, or else you have some pump or flow issues. No delta t= no heat transfer
What is you floor panel construction, temperatures, and your delta t?
hot rod
