Any way to lift the center of these to get the condensate flowing again? without drilling a new hole, any ideas appreciated.

Sounds like his rads are hoging (sailing term). If the rads are held together with threaded rod maybe you can tighten them, after you lift up the center with that 2x4.0 -

Yes these are bowed down in the center, probaly holding a puddle of condensate and making noise. Sorry I dint get any pics of this one, but proably six-eight feet across.
there are many things wrong here, but this one is new to me on how to approach it, thanks!
