i had a customer call me today because they had their bathroom radiator spitting water.. i heard a lot of gurgling in the radiator.. its a 2' box convector.. i had the system run till i heard a lot of gurgling, shut the valve and disconnected the radiator.. i emptied water that would equal too about the entire radiator size.. i reconnected it, put the customers hoffman straight air valve, pitched it and was great.. 8 hours later, they called and said there's more water spitting than before.. what could this be? should i just let the system run with the line open to flush any existing water in the system? this is the only radiator thats spitting water and its the last on the run... thanks

try a new vent.Have seen let air out but not back in. the condensate is being trapped in the element. Is there a valve in the feed line? Is it clear and fully open?

Was the bathroom remodeled?
Was the radiator removed and re-installed?
Sounds like a pipe pitch problem(say that 10x fast!).

the radiator is pitched pretty good back to the feed valve.. the valve is fully open and no work has been done in the bathroom.. i emptied the radiator twice.. let the system run, the air valve closed and it was cool.. went back tonight and heard water boiling inside the element.. i did the same thing again.. but this time, i let the system run with the feed side open.. let it shoot out for a while then reconnected it.. after 5 minutes of cycling there was water boiling again.. p-trol was tested and works fine? i'm stumped0
