Weeping relief valves

Good morning, I have a job that is 3-4 years old, it's a multiple boiler system using three Weil CGA6's. The piping is text book primary secondary. The boilers supply three seperate type of radiation...radiant floors, walls and ceilings....CI base board and CI radiators and also supplies DHW. The gentlemen who resides in this house is a "weekend warrior", he watches the system closer than we may watch the super bowl. My issue is weeping relief valves, there is glycol in the system. I have been to the job twice in the past. I added an additional SX40V for expansion a year ago...all seemed well until the beginning of this heating season. The boilers are set for 180 ( high limit)...the system pressure is right around 12 psi. I have calculated the system water to be approx. 200 gallons. I now have an Amtrol SX30V and an SX40V in the system. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Andy

What's the pressure?
Did you size the expansion tank with the manufactures sizing program? Glycol can make a big difference in expansion sizing.
Best to calculate it with the program. Hard to oversize expansion tanks
