    Pipe Insulation question

My old one pipe steam system is uninsulated. Must have been asbestos once and then removed. Do I only insulate the risers and the main feeds?

Should I also insulate the wet returns and the Hartford loop and any pipes below the water line?

    Thank you.

    at the very least

insulate up to the main vents...that is the most important. You do not want the steam condensing before it has had a chance to get to the rads.
