Beckett Heatmanager Problem

Being a new unit I was a bit leary of this outdoor reset item, but with the Beckett name I was more confident. I believe this item is installed fine and was working properly for a month.
However a week or so ago, I noticed the burner wasn't firing, it was cold and the pumps were running, and when I looked at the HM I the low temp alert led was on, I reset everything and ran it again fine, a few days later the same event occurred. I did what the guide said adjusted the hi low with to about 180-220.
Now about a week or so later, all worked fine, no heat again, this time, the unit leds seemed to be fine and the temp was 0.
Any ideas, it always seems to happenwhen there is a larger than normal draw on the heat, as when waking up and firing up a few of the 8 zones I have. It never happens in the middle of the night just typically when I fire up a zone or two.
Any tips would be appreciated, I have the unit in bypass mode now and all works as usual. Just with no $aving$
Thanks

The Beckett site has a short 12 page film strip type of section on the heat manager. Maybe there is something in it that will help..........ROOKIE0 -
