    the list is long -

Yesterday I visited with a great customer (also a regular golfing partner) - his best present was a telephone call from his daughter from Thailand. She and her boyfriend are well and safe and making their way to the Canadian Consulate.
Another dear friend visiting Vietnam (celebrating a recent PHD in Anthropology)emails - saying that they did not visit Thailand as planned - and are safe.
And on the same line of blessings - another friend preparing for the Asian PGA Tour - missed his flight to Puket Island. Also dry and safe and on his way to Taiwan.
But best of all - some time ago I reported to you that my wife and daughter had visited New Jersey and NYC - and had enjoyed the hospitality. Just before Christmas - another trip to Manhattan and the Prysberterian Childrens Hospital at Cornell University. Although we have great docs and specialists in Canada - our little one will be looked after by the pediatric team at the university. Surgery date not yet determined. We knew when we adopted the little one she was medically fragile - but we never dreamed where she might take us - we are thankful and blessed for the caring folks at the hospital - and for the little one now a major part of our lives.

  • Hey Scott and Bob

I lived in the valley to the west of the big K.

If either of you are planning a trip to NYC, I'd love to hook up there for dinner. Any one else, for that matter.

Ken Secor, The Cheese, and I do this together once in a while, too. I can see a great time! The last time we did this, we toured the Carrier Intrepid, the Concorde, and a submarine of forgotten name. There were others with us, too.

Before that we did the Zoo in Central Park.

We ALWAYS find a place to sit for a brew, too.

I'm ready, now! Let's do it.

Scott, my next dinnah in Mass. is with you. I just don't know when. We should all get together in Mass sometime, like Bob, Scott, Noel, Ed, Robert, Leo, Chuck, George, Chris, and the other 75% that I forgot to mention on short thought and have SEAFOOD and BEAHS. Like we did in Marlboro, or you guys at Woodman's.
Gotta wait at least 5 months, first. Wait till it slows down. And gets warm.

    Noel
