Anyone ever heard of this pipe?

Solar heat exchanger tubing.
Went to look at a radiant system aproximately 14 years old. Open system driven by a Polaris water heater.
All 7/8" tubing with roof flashing for plates.
Looks like something our favorite internet company would design and sell, but the tubing is new to me.
Google search turns up nothing on the company.
Almost none of the tubing is is actual contact with the sub-flooring, and the "plates" were stapled with 3/8" staples that have come loose in many places.
Customer inherited this system from previous owner.
I would like to know what kind of pipe this is. It doesn't feel like Pex and in thin walled compared to Pex. Couls it be PB? It is white in color, almost opaque.
Any info would be appreciated.
