amount of heating equipment

I have a standard stove with oven a clothes dryer, 30 gal water heater listed as 28,000 and a bryant 80 plus furnace with gross rating of 110,000. I want to replace my hot water heater with a munchkin 140 to pick up some radiant heat and domestic hot water. My gas meter is 215 cf @ 5psi and I have replaced almost all of my pipe with 1" except for drops to equipment which is 3/4 or 1/2. It seems to me that I am already slightly over the capacity of the meter

Gas
Curious does your meter have a regulator. My guess is it does 215 cf@5psi seems low. 5psi puts this @ medium pressure which should have plenty of juice for what you need.If there is no regulator you must have regulators at each appliance. If so upgrade should be easy if your dealing with 215cf @low pressure than your concern about being already maxxed out are valid.0 -
Yes you need
to have the gas company replace the meter with a 250.0
