When we arrived to install the homeowners new boiler, look what we found. (he had removed the old boiler and tank but it was still near by) Look at the end of the tank. We also found a ball ball valve (closed) between the boiler and the relief valve. He told us that the valve kept dripping so he added the valve. Can you imagine the pressure it took to do this. Some people just don't know how lucky they are. The owner was wondering why the boiler had started leaking betweent he sections.
