This boiler was installed in a dirt basement last year and has been working great. I had to post this to show that all my JOBS are not gravy......and that this job was fun too....I had no way to move the boiler in this basement so we had to put the boiler under the elect. panel....... pulled out the old one by myself in sections and I am glad I have more help now. The buderus workedthis kind great with the low breach in of basement. I was not happy with the zone valves not lining up but I had some help on the install. thanks

    I like

this kind of job better. You can move around and use the walls to hold things up or just to square off of. How do you square the first post? the only thing flat is the floor above and that is not that great. The old houses are harder to make look good but the buderus makes it easy. The adjustible feet makes any job look great.

    more space

I like this one better......The more room the better it looks. The old boiler took the same amount of space and had an 80 gallon water heater that was leaking.

    nice install

I like the way the Buderus install's...They look complete. I would lik to ask about the venting though, look's like it just set's into the thimble? Look's like it could use a reducer..look's like you started with a heck of a mess and made it neat!! Keep up the good work..:)

    the chimney

is sealed with cement. we use reducers when we can to make a better fit. The pic made me look twice but it is sealed. The shadow of the pipe makes it look like it is not sealed. strange huh........

What do you use the taco panel for? it looks like the there were 3 zones before and only 2 after.

The left control is a low limit control. This has two zones. we use the three zone panel two protect the boiler and valves and it cleans up the wiring.

Nice install Mellow. That first one looked like a son of a gun.
    Question:
Do the flexible oils lines from Riello past inspection in your state? Had an inspector say that it wasnt on one of our jobs.

Are you using the 2109 in that 2nd Buderus install? I havent used the 2109 yet.

    I like the propress.

    Great Installs!

A masters mark even in confined spaces under sub-optimal conditions! It's amazing what a difference the absence of spaghetti-style wiring and piping can make both in terms of appearance and functionality. Great jobs and I presume, happy homeowners.
