Condensing boilers in High Temp Applications

HPAC Efficiency Article
The November issue of Heating, Piping, and Air Conditioning magazine has an excellent article on condensing boiler/modulating burner applications.
Check out the nice performance curves which illustrate boiler efficiency vs. return water temperature vs. percent burner capacity. The curves indicate the importance of burner modulation on system efficiency. Burner modulation looks to be about as important or perhaps more important than return water temperature on system efficiency.
