Honeywell Centra Controls

My customer has a 2-1/2" flanged 4-way mixing valve that is part of a Honeywell Centra system. Problem is that it's occasionally binding and they have to manually free it. I believe this valve and actuator have been obsolete for several years. Anyone ever replace one of these with a Tekmar 4-way mixing valve and keep the existing Centra controller or have any other suggestions?
