For the guys at Heat Transfer Im putting this on the wall for all to see .Thought we all could learn from this. I personaly have a 140 LP 925 kit and all .Ive set my ppm on high fire for 110 and low for 10 ppm The howl is driving me crazy. Not to mention my wife. (driving her crazy too) It takes me putting the ppm up to 200 on high fire to make this go away and the lower you go ,say 100ppm is even louder .Ive checked the intake cone for fresh air and there is no rough surface to make this howl .The Blower is runnig at 4000 rpms on high fire and my gas pressure in was good the last I checked .Tommorrw I will check it again just to make sure .I should have Ideally 11 iwc (Right).Any thoughts would greatly help. Oh by the way ,It seems to do it more often when its below 20 Out ,and will go away somtimes. Low fire it gets softer.

Sounds Like the offset
It sounds like the offset needs to be adjusted. If you call HTP tech support, I am sure they can talk you through it. It took Guy about 5 minutes to explain it to me. You will need your combustion equipment (which it sounds like you have.) If you had spent the same amount of time on the phone with their tech department, as you did typing this post, your poor wife would probally be sleeping like a baby instead of being driven crazy.
