Anyone else have snow? They say we should only get 1-2 inches, but we all remember what happened when they said that last year.....

    but then what's new about that? :) It's been snowing pretty much all day. It's about 2º at the moment.

    lightly in Anchorage, we need some cold weather, been hanging in the 30's, and a lot more snow so I can go skiing Friday. Gotta try out them new skis.

    Temperature in NY dropping


    Tomorrows high is supposed to be 15* here, but I will be working on a home on Sacandaga Lake. Be lucky to see 5* there.

    We saw a few squalls here today and the wind is whipping.

    Radar shows the folks along Lakes Ontario and Erie are getting some lake effect snow.

    We have about 2" on the ground now. Pretty well froze solid though. I was on call this week so mother nature decided to make it 5 degree's all week!! :)

    Nothing to the snow though, which is great since most people in Baltimore don't know how to drive in the snow.

    Wicked storm on its way from the South. 50° right now after a high in the teens only two days ago. Supposed to start early tonight with heavy wet snow mixed with rain, turn to all heavy snow by the wee hours then snow all day Wednesday. Over a foot possible. Temp forecast to drop like a rock to zero or below within 24 hours after the snow stops. Very rare for us to have a white Christmas.

    calander :) this year i worked right past my birthday thought it was like a day later,and realized....on o quite momment ..The damm calander is Broke! well i got 20 good years out of it ...i guess i should consider that i got my moneys worth outta it *~/:)

    still snowing (lightly)

    had to snowblo the driveway again last night. Prediction is for temperature to drop down to -5 on xmas day. Maybe we will have a winter.

    By the way, for you guys that don't believe the weatherman and his forecast. Years ago the government did a study on how accurate the weatherman was after numerous complaints from the people. After an exhaustive study the results were released and it was indicated that weathermen are 100% accurate. It always does what the weatherman says, even though it may be years before it does it.

    Hey Mark, doing OK here, still looking for good heating techs, come on up I'll put you to work.

    8-9 Inches So Far

    Big "hole" in the radar echo opened to our West, but so far it keeps filling in from the South. Round two of heavy snow is supposed to come in this evening.

    Northeastern,MA is sunny and clear and still in the teens, they say we have a warm front coming in today. The ground has a light snow covering. We had single digits also in the first part of the week........ROOKIE

    +48 by thurs. morning..... freezing rain right now.....
    scanner's going nuts!!!! two people dead in a crash on the highway right by our small town.....SLOW DOWN... espec. on bridges!!!!!!!

    None like the blast you

    had in baltmor not too long ago. My Daughter-in-Law got rides in a National Guard Humvee to work in the ER as nothing could get around. Next time I am visiting them, perhaps I could stop by and hold a wrench for you or something.
    Tomorrow we are going scallop diving again. I am a diver tender so get to stay on the surface with the sun but no snow yet. Lots of floating ice though.
