Looking for book/specs

I've been looking on manufacturer sites for the air venting capacity of main air vents, like Hoffman #75 for example. Asked on hvactalk and someone recommended the steam training tapes.
I also came across the leinhardt book on a web search. Can anybody recommend a source for finding this info (air venting capability)?
I know the vent sizing I see can't be right-every pipe out there can't be vented with just one vent regardless of volume. Thanks.

That info
is in the Dead Mens Steam School Workbook . Not sure if you can buy it separate from the video.
