Here's a few pics. I am still waiting on the secondary manual reset controls. These are supplying a single zone one pipe steam system in a two story apartment/ business building. I plan to stage fire them once all the basics are done. System will be getting proper main venting once things clean up some more. Also will be taking several radiators out of use as the building owners continue to make thermal upgrades, bringing the radiation more in line with the actual heat loss.

The middle pic is the piping loop for installing the Manual reset LWCO. I kept the bottom connection at 1 inch and the blowdown at 1 1/4 so it could be checked for operation easily when blowing down the controls.

BTW, with the boilers fairly clean now the waterlines in each boiler move together very closely now. I think the folks at Slantfin have something here.

one of the nicest piping jobs I've seen. Why don't you e-mail Dan when it's all done, and see if he can use it for the Steam Piping section of the Library?
