Two Gorton #2 Vents?

main I put one Gorton #2 vent. It works but I still have "breathing" coming out of my radiator vents. It keeps me up sometimes at night. Do I need to add another vent to the main? The sound is like someone sucking in and out on a straw.

Breathing
Does the vent breath in loudly a short while after the boiler cuts off?0 -
No...
it breathes when the boiler irst comes on and continues to breathe until the radiator is vented.
Is it possible that the breathing is just the boiler getting up to steam and building pressure?0 -
Bet your boiler water is dirty
or has a film of oil on top of it. This can cause heavy radiator breathing. Flush and skim the boiler and see if this helps.
