"Failure to maintain heatimg equipment".

Now I wonder if he'll claim he did pay someone to do it and they did it wrong?

    People don't understand

"Medical examiner ruled the death accidental"

Duh!!!!! CO poisoning is not an accidental death. It is a lack of respect and awareness of the nature and function of heating appliances and how insiduous and deadly CO is.

If this guy had been to a doctor previous to the event of his death, I have to wonder if the doctor himself shouldn't also be named in the suit. I have seen numerous occasions where persons have been suffering symptoms and the medical people never even think of, or test for CO poisoning. After the CO is discovered and the situation is resolved the symptoms cease. Go figure!!
