Complete Heat

I have a Lennox Complete Heat that leaves a green stain in the fiberglass bathbay! It looks like the same green stuff that forms around soldered fittings if you don't wipe them off after soldering. In the summer it is not too bad but does show up in about 3 to 4 weeks. Now that we are in the heating season it shows up in less then a week after cleaning! It has been in for 5 years so I don't think it is from flux in the system-should have washed out by now? There is a water softner that is working properly. The previous water heater was a 40 gal atmospheric nat gas and it never left a green stain in the bathbay! I have installed many other Compleat Heats and none have done this but this one! This one is installed in a different city then the rest so could it be a reaction to the water supply? The boiler section began leaking this past summer and was replaced with the updated HM61 boiler section and it still makes the tub green!Seams to me it is coming from the space heating equipment because it gets worse during the heating season. I have turned up the temp and flushed the space heating equipment thinking it would remove any flux left in the piping but did not help! I also sanitized it with the recomended bleach/water sulution but it made no difference. Thanks for any help you can provide!
