in THE MAIN WALL
I have a homeowner call today and said that she had to go hit the reset button on here viesmann gas boiler.It has outdoor reset etc.any thoughts not familar with viesmann products.

    read the fault code on the comfortrol

    control on the boiler. then look up code in i/o manual. could be at least 6-12 or more reasons for the boiler to lock out. they are a very smart control they will tell you what is wrong before you go to the job.. marc

    thats a large question with so little information....

    it could be a bunch of things...it may be something simple like outdoor weather conditions,High wind gusts,maybe small vaccume leak in room bought about by starting a fire in a fire place or the opening and closing of a door that is in a tight home ....my crystal ball draws a blank...
