Checklist

A nice byproduct of this story is the checklist which comes after each installation or service call. Requests are coming in -- again -- for copies of this 33-point checklist. I say "again" because after we ran an article about using checklists in one of our summer issues, I got over 160 requests for the checklist. Obviously technicians care about their customers and themselves.
