HELP WITH A RADIANT HEATING SYSTEM

I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT A RADIANT HEAT SYSTEM THAT WAS PUTIN IN MY SONS HOUSE. I AM AN ELECTRICAL AND REFRIGERATION CONTRACTOR AND KNOW A FAIR AMOUNT ABOUT PIPING AND THE WAY IT LOOKS FROM WHAT I SEE THERE IS SOME PIPING AND THINGS THAT NEED TO BE REDONE. THE WAY THIS CAME ABOUT WAS THAT A FRIEND OF THE FAMILY IS IN THE HEATING AND COOLING BUSINESS AND WE HAVE QUESTIONED HIM ON MANY THINGS, BUT HE SAID THAT EVERYTHING IS OKAY. SO BEFORE I GO AHEAD WITH CHANGES I WANT TO GO OVER THE SYSTEM WITH A PERSON THAT KNOWS RADIANT HEATING. I WOULD BE WILLING TO PAY FOR HELP AND WOULD LIKE TO TALK ABOUT WHAT WE HAVE NOW, AND MAYBE EVEN VIDEO TAPE AND EXPLAIN THE ENTIRE SYSTEM. First, please turn off the caps lock. UPPER CASE is considered shouting, and hurts my eyes.

Next, take some digital pictures of the boiler and near boiler piping, add an explanation of the system and I'm sure that you'll hear what people think. If you include a diagram of the system, that would help as well.

Jerry thanks for responding to my radiant question, sorry about the caps lock. I will take your advise and take some pictures and post them on this site. I will try to explain as best I can about what we have. I also took your advise and found someone in our area that might be willing to go over the system and tell us what we need to do, so thanks for your input.
