Dan's book says you can wrap asbestos pipe insulation in plastic if it is in good shape. My question is, what type of plastic can you use and where do you get it?

If you've got any brains in your head and understand the word liability, DON'T TOUCH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
There are laws regarding the safe handling of asbestos and they are strictly enforced in most areas. Call in a professional abatement contractor. Don't take on that kind of risk in your own home or in a customers home...it's not worth it!!!!!!
