honeywell aquatrol panel

I been called upon to start an older radiant floor system.
A honeywell MD51350 modulates a VO513a threeway valve.I need some info or installers manual. tha sequence of operation says that this controller shall provide 130 degree water when its zero outside and will shut off the circ pump to the floors when its 60 degrees outdoors. there is a reset controller on the boiler.thats the only one I see. the schedule makes mention of a T915c1001. but I see no outdoor feedback into this aquatrol panel. As the boiler water gets warmer will the water going out to the slab gradually get warmer or will that valve keep the temp going out the same.
Or Im I missing a control? there is a probe inside a Tee on the supply manifold that runs back into what looks similar to a pressure control(i know its a tstat) it has an adjustment on top and tells you the differintial adjustments on the inside.
thanks for your time

Here's some info...
I think the valve you have is a V5013 3-way mixing valve. It should be piped with the hot water from the boiler into port "B", Port "A" piped to a bypass, and Port "AB" to the load. I don't show any current numbers for that motor, my guess would be that it's an early direct-coupled actuator. The T915 is a very old proportional control, with only one sensor.
Here's what I would suggest. You can probably re-use the valve, but you should repack it. 3-ways modulate up/down a lot, and packing wears out. If you can get me more info about the valve, I can tell you which repack kit to get. Second, I would replace the whole control system with an AQ675A 1002, which includes all sensors, (outdoor, supply & return). The AQ675 is a complete reset system. Finally, I would update the valve actuator with a direct-coupled actuator in the ML600 series. You'll need to work with your distibutor on the actuator, there are lots different travel, torque and other features that need to be considered. You'll find the AQ675 at any hydronic oriented Honeywell distributor, the ML600 will be from an authorized Honeywell commercial distributor.
