    :)

Been there done that, have the shirt to prove it..:) The Burnham LE sound's like an option in your case. I believe it stand's about 30" to the top of the flu collar. The unit is top vent..Just make sure if you go this route to follow the direction's with the unit.

    3 pass horizontal flue

models would give you more room for flue piping and putting a barametric draft regulator in. Crown freeport, Buderus G115, Biasi, NY Thermal's Oddesey would all fit.
  • Both

the Peerless WBV and Weil Mclain Gold have optional rear outlets for the fluepipe . Floor to top of the WBV is 35 inches , the Gold a bit shorter . The special Weil 3L has a supply port in the front of the boiler , as well as on top . Both have options for a coil too . Don't forget to take some pics of this one .

    low clearance boilers

Energy Kinetics System 2000 stands 26.6" high, with a front swing down door. They also have a low how water tank, measuring 22" high and 32" wide. See them at www.energykinetics.com
  • Top cleanout should be no problem

Our servicemen have about the same clearance on these hanging boilers as you will have in that crawlspace . They tell me the cleanings are alot easier than doing the old GEs . I guess that's a relative statement - anything is easier than cleaning a GE . Besides , throw in a Riello and you'll be brushing it down every 10 years .

I don't think the LE comes with a coil , best to check their website .

The battle goes on . Just installed another steamer today which came out real nice . I hate it when that happens and the camera batteries go dead . How are things up north of here ?

Didn't know you needed a coil..How about the crown Tobago? Check the Crown site..think it might fit...

    If you don't mind steel

Laars Horizon and Columbia's Star Series are both rear flue with coil options. Newmac has a short unit that has a coil also.
