v9 cracked sections

Hey guys, tell me, what do you feel is the best way to remedy a install that is cracking last one to 3 sections of a Burnham V9 boiler. Single zone, been that way for a 100 years. but the V9 is cracking. I know about the Burnham RTC control but think it is overkill. What do you think, Blending pump, 1 gpm per hp, or what. Trying to cure this beast. This is before Burnham started talking about the RTC in there paperwork and now I am eating it. Don't think it's right but thats the way it is. Burnham say's that now they are changing the casting but that's not helping me at this time. I have not had anyone step up and say hey!! we will take care of it, but I have hoped.

As you well know, we discussed this less than two weeks ago. If you are losing sections on this boiler then you indeed have a need for boiler return water protection. Whether you install a properly sized blend pump or an RTC Control System is entirely up to you. I stated our stance on this and discussed the person that you have to discuss this with. I will discuss this with Randy tomorrow as well as our Commercial Cast Iron people.

Glenn, I am glad you replied
I did talk to this person a couple weeks ago and he said he would be in contact with me, I yet have not received a reply. I am not knocking you or Burnham but if you look at my history as a Burnham dealer and hct member. I have been a loyal sort to date. Glenn, you are my vein to the heart and I hope you can get it pumping.0
