What boots (brand) do you usually buy?
Hey Jack,
I also have 4E width and have not found any boots that get to that width. Having duck feet is great when I'm swimming but a pain in the @ss when buying shoes, boots, sneakers..hehe

forget the Redwings ---at --too much $/pair check out Dr.martens i bought a pair almost a year ago and they are done my Redwings would last about the same ---i'm the type who gets home and doesn't take off my shoes until bedtime my Martens are as comfortable as the Redwings--i bout a pair of the Industrial steel-toe nubuck --i will be buying a pair every year and take the extra cash to buy some toys0 -
RedWings
I used to be in that train of thought. I could buy 4 pair of cheap boots, for what I would spend on a pair of Red Wings. Just try a pair forget about the money you won't be sorry. You only get 1 pair of feet. No breakin period comfortable. I use to go through 3 or 4 pairs of cheap boots a year. I get a year and a half out of my RedWings. I also got a discount for being in the union, saved me 35 bucks. Darn near a cheap pair of boots.
