condensate tank check valves

We have a steam boiler set at 12 psig, the steam go's to a heat exchanger to give us our heating water for the building. The problem I am having is I am getting live steam back to the condensate return tank. I have had this problem before and had to replace the check vavles on the pump feed line, they were replaced with a watts spring return check valves. They are already leaking again, is there a better choice so I'm not having to replace the check vavles every two years. I think the steam traps are still operating like they should, but I could not be sure because of the check valves leaking. Thanks for your help.

CHECK VALVE
SUGGEST THAT YOU USE UNITED BRASS 50T SPRING LOADE CHECK VALVES WITH TEFLON SEATS. USE ONE AT THE BOILER AND ONE AT THE OUTLET OF THE PUMP. WE SELL THESE ROUTINELY FOR LOW PRESSURE BOILER FEED SYSTEM AND CONDENSATE RETURN SYSTEM CHECK VALVES AND RARELY HAVE A PROBLEM. GOOD LUCK.0
