lobster tank specs.

This is a question that is more about refrigeration. I was a HVAC/R student at PA College of Technology in Williamsport PA and am currently working at my local Wal-Mart Superstore as the resident Fish Monger. My question is at what temperature should lobsters be kept, what should the salt ratio be, and is there anything I can do to extend there lives, since the lobsters were shiped last thursday and were all dead by the time I came in friday at 1pm.
