Are you referring to Glowcore? If so, I installed four of these in the early 90's and wished I hadn't. What is the problem on this call? -DF

was the GlowCore version of an indirect water heater with a split-shell plastic dome that housed the copper-tube HX. The tank itself looked like a standard electric water heater - minus the elements.

Lots of service issues arose with both products.
