Can anyone tell me if radiant pipe systems are common in Ontario? And if so, Are outside temperature controls used?

    Radiant floor systems are becoming more popular in Ontario each year.

    There are some (many) contractors who will install systems without proper controls and that includes outdoor sensors. Pardon me for saying so but in Ontario with the variability of the climate in fall and spring, those contractors and their customers who forego outdoor resets are nuts. Outdoor sensors will pay for themselves in less than 2 years and in most cases in less than 1 year.

    Are you looking at a retrofit or new construction?
