I am going to publish the HEF.........

If the HEF is going to save the world billions of dollars a year, then the sooner it gets out to the world the better. I did apply for a patent on it, so if my patent issues I will get credit, and I ask if that someone uses it in software or hardware that they pay me a license fee. I just want people to use it sooner then later. I wrote a paper and I will be converting it into a pdf file. I will then send this pdf file to the members of the Energy Efficiency Action Group to look it over. Then I will find a source and publish it.

Yes eventually I will publish the HEF here. I just don't know where I will publish it first. What better place to perfect the idea then the wall. The collective minds of the wallies is much stronger then any one mind by itself. The wallies as a group could solve any possible problem. As with any new idea there are lots of bugs to get rid of. Inventing is kind of like solving a puzzle.

sounds cool, have you given any kind of thought as to your licensing fee structure?

I'm not sure if you can patent a formula though. A lot of mathematicians out there not getting paid for pythagoras or differential equations what will you do if it isn't patentable?
