    LOCHINVAR CWS DOMESTIC WATER BOILERS

    Guys,
May I have your opinion on these copper fin CWS units. They are natural gas and make domestic hot water. 1.4 million BTU with factory pumps.
I would also request," where can I get info on piping layouts and recomendations when tying in these units with cold water booster pumps?" I think I have a problem were the cold water booster pumps are bucking against the pumps on the boilers? Boosters are factory set for 25 psi outlet pressure.
The two Lochinvars are in parellel, but a domestic booster pump is also feeding storage tank since the builing pressure is low on the top 5 floors of building.
Should boosters have same head of boiler pums????? Or is there some other recomendation?

    Tim,
I have been on the phone with them for the past 6 weeks, and they are of no help. They cant even give me a sequence of operation on the units in question. As far as there site goes, which I have spoken to them about, there downloads lock up any of the computers we use. The only guy who has been of any help ther is Harold Rice in tech service.
The sent me an I&O manual but it has no sequence. They faxed me an old one that was a copy, but its been copied so many times its unreadable.I have been asking them for six weeks to mail it but they are of no help.
