Last week I received a call from a wholesaler in Michigan indicating that many people not affiliated with the oilheating industry did not know how to fix the appliance and thus converted it to gas. He said that NORA needed to do a better job of outreach so that heating professionals would see the NORA materials as a resource for them.

He encouraged me to contact Dan, so that we would be on this site, which Dan has done for us.

Any other thoughts.
