water in ductwork

House with ductwork in attic gets water in flex. This house (prefab house)has a wood burning stove . Customer has no problem in summer months. Every fall when heat season starts water gets in the flex . A/C not operating when this problem occurs . No heat comes out of the ductwork as customer has baseboard heat. Has anybody ever come across this situation? If so any input would be greatly appreciated.
