at the supply house. If you spent a couple hours at the parts counter you could write some stories. Some of the conversation I overheard were just plain scary.

People with that limited amount of subject knowledege just shouldn't be doing what they are doing. I am not refering only to home owners.

OEM's it is not your products that are defective, it just might be the installer.

    oh come on now

    Ya just need some tool's..some equipment and connect the dots...what's so hard? :) The package they send with the boiler's is a good note pad (coffee order, donuts, lunch) it also work's good to soak up water..:) I love the part's counter!! They even have donut's on hand so it saves a trip!!
