Can I use this radiator ?

I need a radiator for a room in my house. My house has a hot water system with a fairly new boiler. I have found a old steam radiator from a one pipe system at a local heating contractor and brought it home. The contractor does mostly forced air and stated that I could convert it for my hot water heat system. The steam radiator has a plug on one end that would allow me too install a second pipe. but what about flow ? my other radiators allow for water flow at the top of the radiator as well as the bottem while this radiator appears to be set up for flow at the bottom only (Tops are connected but dont appear to have water passage). Can it work or shouild Pass it up ?
Thanks
Dan
