Help - Flat Rate Pricing

Our company is trying to find a "flat rate pricing" program/company which uses PICTURES, so a technician can walk a customer through the process of changing components on HVAC systems.

Can anyone help point me in the right direction of any companies that offer this feature?

    Check with MrHVAC.com. They have a fairly creative software that might have the capability for this option. If not, they might figure out a way to get it done.

    Although I am no proponent of FR, I suggest an investment in a digital camera and developing your own picture/catalog would be most helpful.

    Being somewhat of a self-proclaimed expert on FR systems, I know of no company or service out there that offers what you seek.

    I suspect your idea is well grounded and suggest you develop your own set of digital pics to make your case. Those of us who use T&M may also benefit from a library of pictures as well?

    Please let us know what you decide and how you go about it. That may of great interest to many of us here on The Wall!
