This is an install for my tenants apartment.

Existing system. Oil fired boiler. Mono flo 1" loop with cast iron rads circa 1950s? Separate gas fired water heater.

Modern system: We kept the mono flo system. I want to make everything vents to the outside so I went with a Munchkin T80 with Vision One for efficiency and max comfort. I got the indirect Triangle tube Phase 3 scratch n' dent. Used Grundfos circs and Taco Vortech air eliminator(which I like tremendously). I left an extra zone for the little radiant that I will add soon. Its to heat 2 tough areas. Just putting up some aluminum panels and pex with insulation. And just using a 3-way set off the high temp heating curve(love condensing boilers).

I had to get this running by move-in which was last night. So I have some wires and tubing to clean up.

I get a kick out of that little unit. I have only serviced them not installed. The unit's we have are installed on tables not mounted to the wall...I get a kick out of seeing it like that. How is it to service it that way? Again nice job!!
