I been working my way through my first startup and have eliminated a minor leak and gotten through a combustion problem.
Now for the real problem. The T80M runs beautiful, going through all it's modulating phases without a hitch. The problem is when the load has been satisfied and T-T is broken, the unit goes into a system lockout. The control unit starts to click on and off (relay), the display goes blank, and the only way to restart the unit is to shut power, put a demand at a T-stat, and restore system power. I've disconnected the T-T wires when this happens and it continues in spite of that. By the way, the unit is not Vision I enabled.
Any clues boys?

Call Guy
Rick on Monday call Guy at HTP. He will walk you through the whole thing. It is either a board or bad wire,my guess!0
