line set intallation?

Does anyone see a problem running line set down a chase that also encloses the flue piping for boiler?
The 8" metalbestos pipe went up side of building, then was enclosed with 1/2" sheathing and sided.
Condenser will be close by, it would be very convient to use this chase.It is about 3'x2' and line set will have enough clearence from flue.
