Any one know who would make one? 3" four bolt flange. Will be operated by a tekmar 632 control.

Try contacting Danfoss, they carry the ESBE 3-way valves up to 6^.0 -

You also will need an actuator and/or linkage. Go to http://www.hbctechlit.honeywell.com, and key in V5013. Available from commercial Honeywell distributors.0 -
3 way valve
There are many; Siemens (Powers), Johnson, Honeywell, Invensis,to name a few. There are many imported off brands available too. You can get them with any type of actuator, or none at all.

Be sure to get the correct Cv rating for the application if this is for mixing. Also any number of motor speed options to consider.
