Help Needed For Heating

hay guys I will be posting my buderus install that my HVAC contractor did for me
I was wondering is this normal this week all I have is a 2 ton air handler and I think ducts are to big for it.
but what happens is my t-stat is set to 72 call for heat at 71 then heats the house to 72 shuts boiler down and air handler stays on but then boiler comes back on again for some times for just one min short cycle then turns off because my t-stat went to 73.
I just don't like that my boiler has to run 2 to 3 times for one heating cycle.
I am going to pay my contractor today to install new duct work just one supply trunk down the center of my house and tap the 5 registers off that. because what I have now is air hander is in the center but braches is to supply 2 supply trunks that go from the center to the both sidewalls of my house
I am also going to have him install slantfin baseboards and remove the 2 big flex duct that takes from the already big supply. should this make my system run much better
and the boiler cycling once in one heating call
I think it should work better because we will have more cfm in the duct and that will heating the t-stat up faster
both air handler and 44 feet of baseboards will work with one t-stat so when it calls for heat it will heat both ends of the house at the same time
let me know what you all think and tonight I will have my buderus install and duct work posted for you all
thanks

If your have sizing questions, boiler or air handler, I dont think you should have the A/H and the BB on the same zone. You might be better off having two zones for better control of the system and management of the boiler water. Are you using the R2107? Or the 2109?
