in THE MAIN WALL
Anyone out there familiar with the operation of a Hydrotherm Multi-pulse boiler? Problem is this.......very loud vibration sound emitting from inside of boiler during operation, I know the pulse boilers have a throaty exhaust sound during operation(like my Mustang) the sound of this boiler is more like a 69' Nissan truck. Help!!

    If the unit you have is a #150 or #300 there was baffle in the lower exhaust base that vibrates loose and could cause the rumbling sound.
