    Nice

Nice job on the piping!! What do you think of the Biasi? I have to install one in a couple week's and it will be the first for me. Does the Biasi clean from the front? Is it a quiet unit? Again excellent job on the install!!

    noise

Reminds me of a Pensotti. How finicky was it to set up the burner? how about noise? we got lots of noise complaints with the Pensotti , LOTS of Riello Roar.

    WHAT NOISE????????

YES MAME IT'S MUCH QUIETER THAN THE LAST ONE WE DID...nice little boiler, did one Friday with a Reillo, same sounds as a Carlin. Maybe outside air kit would work.I've got a Veissman with there chassis burner in my own home thats just as loud.I like them w/ the Carlin just because I'm used to them and you don't need a separate relay just to pull in the burner.Seems like breech noise if anything...wonder if you ran insulated flue pipe? The last two 4 sections I did were 86% eff. I wonder why they don't insulate all the way around the block too.Dave

    sets up

easy, can't use a Carlin in the 3 section though. If you use a Carlin it should be a welded flange just so you don't have air leaks around the burner.Would love to try a HEAT-WISE burner. a photo of another nearly completed 4section ,Dave
