baseboard

Recently I installed a 4 foot lenght of baseboard & 20 ft of 3/4 copper tubing to a room I added on. I live in a one story house & have a single line diverter system instead of adding another diverter I tapped into another baseboard line. This only works only after I bleed it for little while then goes cold. I was wondering if I could install a small circulator. Do you think that that could work.
