Old steam boiler in an old(1857)large stone church in sub. of Phil,PA-- Need to rework old, replace with 2 boiler zoned sys or blanks and go the the bathroom before church. What is the best solution-- (we are almost broke), rework-- relace with QTY?? boilers- Steam, HotWater, -- fuel Oil--Gas--Wood Pellets (got you on that one did'nt I--wood pellet boiler???? you bet --over 1/2 million folks are using them for heat-- WA State school have been since the 70's..
