banging in steam lines in 100-unit building

100+ unit apartment building has banging in steam lines. Others (before me) installed a maze of steam traps, which did not solve the problem. I installed a condensate system in a spot I thought most likely had to be drained of excess water. This did not work, although it may have relieved the problem a little bit. What I require are the services of a (preferably local) Engineer familiar with steam systems for a site visit and analysis. If you are out there, please contact my office so we can discuss fees and I can approach building management with the idea of performing a professional survey which may finally identify and cure the problem. The site is in Brooklyn, NY. My office number is 718 232-9284 (ask for Tony or Larry). Thanks.

Tony, we have lots of good steam men in the NYC area
Go to the Find a Professional page of this site to locate one. I know Matt "Mad Dog" Sweeney of Triple Crown would love to get his paws on this one!
I'd come, but I'm in Baltimore.
